HOFS Future Secure to 2030

A new charity - HOFS CIO has been set up to run HOFS, securing its future through to 2030.

We’re looking forward to a bright future providing a vibrant hub for creativity and the arts, in all its forms; a unique space for community events and activities where everyone is welcome. HOFS is a much-loved heritage asset for Hadleigh and remains a much-needed local space for community activities and a place to meet. The Trustees would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the past year or so.

We’re continuing to make improvements to the Appliance Hall with new heating, lighting and projection equipment. Our creative workspaces are home to our community of creatives, heritage and creative enterprises and groups. Look out for further improvements in the coming months.

We have a busy year coming up. Our iconic Appliance Hall is buzzing with activity, from fitness and yoga groups to music rehearsals, exhibitions, film screenings and more. Don’t forget to reserve your seat for our popular Kingsway Community Cinema film once a month on a Wednesday evening throughout the year. We have a host of artist-led workshops where you can get creative. And activities for the little ones too.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Creative Estuary, Estuary Festival, USP College, Show Up Productions and CAOS (Castle Point Artist Open Studios) to deliver a diverse programme of arts and creative activities over the coming months.

Keep up-to-date with all things HOFS on our website and on social media @hofshadleigh on Instagram and @HadleighOldFireStation on Facebook.

Look forward to welcoming you to HOFS soon!
